Monster Portraits part 2

I mentioned awhile back that something I started doing in my spare time are classic monster portraits.  I plan on doing some more complicated narrative scenes in this vein, but in the mean time I have been taking on some private commissions.  Here is the most recent.

Monster Portraits

Here are a couple of personal paintings I have done recently.  Among the crush of deadlines, every once in awhile I need to do some drawing or painting for myself.  While doing these paintings I decided I would like to start some "fine art" paintings of my favorite subject... monsters.  I hope you enjoy these as much as I did painting them.
